Each tablet contains:

Doxylamine succinate 25 mg

Therapeutic group: the active ingredient is an antihistamine

Indications

This medicine is intended as a sleeping aid

Instructions

Do not chew! Swallow the medicine with water.

The medicine can be taken with a meal.

Recommended dosage unless otherwise specified by the doctor:

Adults and children above the age of 12 years: 0.5-1 tablet approximately half an hour before bedtime.

Do not take this medicine for a period longer than two consecutive weeks unless prescribed by your doctor.

Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Warnings

Do not use this medicine if you are hypersensitive to one of its ingredients.

Do not use this medicine when you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

The medicine should be taken at bedtime only.

This medicine should not be used without consulting your physician prior to commencing treatment:

If you suffer or have suffered in the past from impaired function of the respiratory system ( e.g. asthma ) , heart and\or blood vessels , eyes ( e.g. glaucoma ) , kidney\urinary system , digestive system ( e.g. ulcer ) , thyroid gland , prostate gland.

Use of this medicine may impair alertness and therefore caution should be exercised when driving a car, operating dangerous machinery and in every activity demanding alertness.

Wines or alcoholic beverages must not be taken in an excessive manner during treatment with this medicine.

This medicine is not usually intended for infants and children below the age of 12 years.
